Came here for a haircut during a port of call from my cruise. It's located in a local shopping mall (Plaza Caracol). Staff is super friendly and speaks decent English. You also get either soda or beer to drink while they cut your hair. Did an excellent job on the haircut as well. Mens cut cost 200 MXN. Cash only, no credit cards.

The OWNER of this place was extremely rude to me before even beginning to question while I am there. After he walked out the employees refused to give me the name of the guy, even though most people should be proud of the businesses they own. You know if this man does not want his name associated with his own business then he is doing something bad. The employees were not open to any feedback.

Kevin is a great guy, I’ve been coming to him for 5 years now. All I can say is he’s become part the family, I appreciate the customer service at the barbershop. I appreciate the free drink and that should never change, I usually get the same haircut. If I do change it I know he’ll still do a great job. Don’t forget the TIP $$$

They did not want to cut my sons hair. He is 3.5 years old. My son was so sad and it take a while to calm him down :( Very disappointing. I have never had such experience. Also, their customer service is terrible. They did not care.
