Llevo dos días visitando este hermoso estudio de yoga en la Condesa, dejen decriles que soy una amante del Bikram Yoga, porque me entere tan tarde de su existencia? , en serio regalense el placer de conocer este íntimo lugar muy amoroso y cuidadoso de los detalles... Amo este estudio, me recuerda al de Santa Fe, huele deli!!

Rarely give 5 stars but I became addicted to this place. I liked to go in the mornings to sweat all my toxins out before the day starts. The afternoon classes are great too. All instructors I had were professional and involved (shouts out Emmanual, Maria, Adrian, Brenda and everyone! ) I like how they spray the essential oils at the end. It is in Spanish but some instructors repeat in English if they see there’s a lot of gringos. I Left class in a great mood every-time highly recommend!

I had the best time here at Hot Shala for my two week stay in cdmx. I took Hot Pilates and Bikram classes and loved all of them. I have a studio in my hometown that I have strong bias towards and was soooo happy to feel at home and challenged by Hot Shala. The classes were dynamic and heated nicely and I liked that every teacher had a different approach to the flow of the class (at least with the pilates classes). I am grateful to have had a place like this to move my body and sweat and to be instructed in my movement while in cdmx! I can't recommend enough.

It was the first time I tried Hot Yoga in my life, I loooooved it. I have taken classes with Maria and Ibis, both of them fantastic! Great environment, cozy and private, everybody is so friendly and welcoming. When I leave the studio I always do with my body extremely energized but relaxed at the same time, with a huge smile in my face and above all, my head, body and soul completely connected and in peace.

Increíble estudio de hot yoga, la temperatura de la sala siempre es perfecta, los maestros son muy buenos, y la vibra del lugar es tremenda!(Tienen para rentar mates y toallas, y baño donde se puede bañar)
