Un hospedaje muy adecuado para familias.Un precio por demás justo por habitación y todo incluido.Los meseros y todo el personal de servicio se desvive Por qué la estancia sea por demás placentera.Antonio en área de alberca y playa es un mesero excepcional, gracias Antonio.Obviamente el hotel no es nuevo ya tiene sus años pero tienes mantenimiento muy bueno sin llegar a ser óptimo.Yo sí volvería a este lugar a pesar de que la concesionada esta playa está a una cuadra.

Visite este hotel con mi familia y la verdad quedamos encantadas.La comida del buffet es muy buena, hay variedad todos los días, eso es un excelente punto. El servicio es bueno, por lo menos a nosotras nos atendieron muy bien y siempre preocupados por nuestra comodidad estuvieron al servicio. La playa está relativamente cerca del hotel y tienen transporte para llevarte y traerte, ahí tienen camastros y un bar pequeño donde sirven bebidas (no todas las que tienen en el hotel aclaró).En mi opinión es un buen lugar para hospedarse.

The place is an all inclusive hotel, the food is typical Mexican cuisine with a large variety of dishes and a nice swimming pool within the premises. The place is a 4-story villa with about 100 rooms but sadly there is no elevator. The rooms are clean and there's plenty of options as to what to do for fun whether alone or with your family, I would avoid the people by the front desk who want to give you a small discount if you visit one of their hotels where they practically want to force you to buy a timeshare which they now conveniently call them memberships... enjoy it my dear friends

This hotel is cute but it’s lacking so much. Only one pool, not enough lounge chairs. The breakfast buffet was just OK. Lunch and dinner buffet was horrible. The only good dinner night was Mexicans night. Their entertainment was not good and they don’t have any type of entertainment a couple of nights a week. Their tablet broke so we didn’t have any music thru out the resort for 2 days. We bought a small speaker so that it wouldn’t be so quiet while we were in the pool area… well they made us turn it off. We felt like we were at a senior citizen center. The walk or shuttle to the beach was not bad, but there is no washroom or bathrooms in the designated beach area, so u have to shuttle back to the hotel to use the bathroom.The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The AC in our rooms worked great, but I did hear other customers complain about the hot temperature in their rooms.The best thing about this place was one of the bar tenders. His name is Ivan. He makes the best drinks and keeps them coming! Hes very friendly and attentive! The other bar tenders were not near as customer friendly as him! We were a family of 10 and we would definitely not stay here again. We also do not recommend it to anyone.

My partner and I stayed for two nights, from June 16th to June 18th. First night was fine, no complaints. It was after the second day that our trip was completely ruined. We went back to our room after lunch only to find a letter from housekeeping saying we were fined for misuse of whites. When we inquired to front desk we were shown a blurry photo of a pink stain on a pillow case with no indication of it being on our room. No proper procedure was followed by the employee, as he was only listing possibilities of what might have happened, all of which we denied. After we denied any of the possibilities, the fine was dropped and we were only given a warning. Once we were home and unpacking, my partner noticed his clothes were arranged differently than he had originally placed (our bags were not checked at the airport, nor open since they were carry-on), and he was missing money from one of the mesh pockets. It seems that after cleaning our room they stole our money and tried to scam us for even more.We are really disappointed and frustrated because the rest of the stay was okay and staff were kind, but this situation was violating therefore we cannot recommend others to stay here.

El detalle del hotel, es la ubicación, no está a pie de playa, y el pseudoclub de playa está muy mal, sólo son camastros con sombrillas, y de bebidas no tienen electricidad, así que no hay piñas coladas ni bebidas frappé.El snack bar, de snacks fríos... Sólo es una mesa de dulces ya rapiñada, dónde sólo quedan los dulces que nadie quiso, unas palomitas, unos cacahuates, unas Sabritas chiquitas...Mexican charming

EVITE ESTE FRAUDE DE PSEUDO HOTEL...No es todo incluido ..No hay bebidasNo hay alimentosPésimo servicio y atención...De la habitación nos robaron dinero y un relojLas maletas revueltas....Intentaron cobrar (extorsionar) un desperfecto inexistente en la habitación y con evidencia de una foto que no correspondía a la habitacionA/C no funciona...NO SE ARRIESGUEN...!!Tengan mucho cuidado...

Estuvimos del jueves 29 de julio al 3 de agosto y es un hotel que los de seguridad y más en especifico Mauricio es un acosador con las jóvenes menores y en el cuarto los de limpieza le robaron a mi suegra le resolvieron sus pertenecía. Es un modo de operacion de los empleados de este hotel ya que en otros comentarios se confirma esto. Los meseros y los de la barra son muy atentos dan un excelente servicio. Los administrativos no le dan una resolución y cubren a los empleados para justificar sus acciones.

El servicio es muy bueno , si tienen la posibilidad te asignan la habitación a las 12 , me parece un detalle muy amable de su parte, solo hay algunas cosas que me hubieran gustado saber antes de reservar , el hotel no tiene elevador , si tienen algún problema de movilidad , necesitan comentarlo para que les asignen habitaciones en planta baja, en la zona de playa que mencionan, que está a 4 cuadras del hotel , solo hay snacks secos y algunas bebidas , y NO HAY BAÑO, si traen niños puede ser un tema complicado por la distancia, la zona de playa solo son camastros y sombrilla, si hay servicio de bebidas.

- ConsReserving via Paypal is not worth, they won't figure out what happened with your money and you will have to double pay.My family didn't feel secure the whole time we were on our room, we decided to check out early because we didn't feel comfortable.There's no HOT Water on the rooms, just cold, the bathrooms have a weird structure and they seem pretty unsanitary.The place is like a maze and it's really hard to understand where you have to go.The service from everywhere (except kitchen and dining) is horrible, everyone treats you really bad, they kept us basically hostage at the beginning and at the end (they didn't want to give us our luggage back)+ ProsThe food included is really good and the service from the kitchen is friendlyOverall: Don't go to this place, there are other places which will be a little bit more expensive but it'll be worth the price. The food is good but it's not worth it.
