This rating is based solely on the interaction I had with this organization's sales manager, Lisa Farris. She contacted me through Craigslist to buy snowshoe props for an event, Winterfest. She requested my PayPal information and an invoice. She said she'd arrange shipping from NM - that went on for over a week. How difficult is it to arrange shipping actually? Then she asked if I could take them to her friend's shop across town and far from where I'm located, and the friend would ship them to El Paso for her. I agreed and sent the invoice. Four days after the invoice was sent, she contacted me and was seemingly disinterested in paying a $20 fee (that she offered) for my time, for the inconvenience of holding the props for several weeks and for my gas. She then ignored the invoice, never paid it and never contacted me to cancel her order. Makes me to think she was scamming and doing something dishonest and using her employer's email to do so. This one experience with this one individual makes me question the legitimacy of this whole organization.
