Dr. Carlos Takahashi. Cirugía Oral y Maxilofacial

Hoy se cumple 1 mes desde que me hice mi cirugía con el Dr. Takahashi y sólo debo decir que estoy realmente muy feliz con el resultado. Desde mi primera cita de valoración con el Dr. Me sentí en confianza, me explicó a detalle el procedimiento hasta el día de mi operación. Durante el post operatorio el Dr. Estuvo al pendiente de mí, aclarando toda mínima duda que yo tenía e incluso siendo apoyo emocional, es un profesional en lo que hace sin duda, pero también tiene muchísima calidad humana. Los resultados estéticos y funcionales de su trabajo quirúrgico fueron los deseados. Siempre recomendaré su trabajo... Sthela Stelar ♡

La atención por parte del doctor Carlos Takahashi y su equipo son excelentes, cualquier duda es resuelta con paciencia y claridad además de explicar los procedimientos requeridos con detalle.

El peor hace aproxumadame me saco 11.000 mil pesos y según me ayudaria a un problema de mandíbula sus consultas si asi se pueden llamar duraban 5 min . un dia me dejo plantada ....Gracias a lo que me hizo me tuvieron que operar y jamas me dio la cara muy mal medico me deje llevar por loa comentarios de aquí pero no den adelantos

Dr. Takahashi is the best! He is very detail oriented and takes excellent care of you from the first contact to the last follow up appointment! He requests pre-op exams as needed for your specific case to make sure of the diagnosis and treatment needed and to make sure it is safe to proceed with the treatment or surgery needed. He also speaks perfect English! I would recommend him 100% to anyone who needs oral surgery and/or has a need for any maxillofacial procedure.

Explica muy bien cada procedimiento que se te realizará, las instalaciones están muy bien, hay mucha higiene y los procedimientos son rápidos y sin molestias.

En lo personal no fue de mi agrado, acudi con el por todas las opiniones positivas que tenía en su página, pero realmente no me dió confianza no supo exactamente qué era lo que tenía, me decía pues dónde le duele sra? y le comenta a su ayudante al parecer es tal cosa, me lleva a su oficina y me dijo lo que necesitaba cortante mente, pero no me explico el porque del problema yo era la que le preguntaba y ya que terminaba solo se me quedaba viendo la verdad no fue de mi agrado parecía que estaba de mal humor, pero aparte un buen dr te explica y te dice lo que necesitas para eso estás pagando creo yo porque no cobra tan barato la consulta

El Dr fue ampliamente recomendado por mucha gente, lo contactamos 1 año previo a la cirugía y nos llevo de la mano con profesionalismo y carisma impresionante.Nos introdujo a Dr Omar Cuevas , con quien trabaja la parte Ortodoncia y ambos increíbles Dres.Súper amable de principio a fin , una experiencia grata, cero estrés y que continúa con el trato post operatorio.Muy contentos de haber decidido hacerlo con el y todo su equipo!

While I think Dr Takahashi is a nice doctor and I don’t want to deter from his nice bedside manner, ultimately the assessments and surgical procedures didn’t end in a positive aesthetic outcome for me. I was happier before surgical intervention. I had two surgeries fromthe doctor: The first one I made a mistake and got coerced to get masseter reduction along with my original intent, genioplasty, to correct botched chin implant work I had from another surgeon. Fast forward, I developed issues such as lack of width, loose skin due to surgical reduction of my masseters and chin looked mushy and asymmetric, as well as this nagging pain in my neck that I’ve had since the reduction right by the jaw angle on my right side.However, to the doctors credit the sharpness of the jawline was enhanced and side profile looked good.Due to my dissatisfaction with front profile, I was quite emotional, and got revision with the doctor and while my chin looked better and more symmetric my facial proportions weren’t great as my face was made shorter and I subsequently looked fatter and I got various comments on that especially once the swelling subsided, since the doctor reduced my chin 3mm and pushed it upward, which made my face vertically shorter and fatter and also highlighted the loose skin as I no longer had the jawline support; I still wanted a good jawline as that was the whole point of me getting a genioplasty in the first place! This all prompted me to then get facial jaw implants and buccal fat removal from another surgeon but luckily the implants been removed (thanks to Dr Takahashi advice, so I do thank him for that) but my face just been traumatized by subsequent bad surgeries.I just feel Dr Takahashi and I weren’t fully in resonance and albeit the doctor is a nice doctor, I want to iterate that, the first surgery with him should have been my last as I was looking just to fix my chin, as I liked my face previously and often got complimented on it beforehand. In the end sacrificed a lot of money and time to ultimately looks worse.Update: Saw the Doctor replied, perhaps coercing is the wrong word. No one forced me do to anything but he did strongly recommend me about the masseter reduction at the last minute, I trusted his expertise. And the surgery afterwards have been trying to fix that plus the other subsequent negative aesthetic side-effects. In the end, life is not about looks, but it is just sad when one pays so much just to progressively look worse. Also Dr Takahashi charged me more than most patients based on his genioplasty specials, and what other patients paid based on real self reviews, and one of this patient was a chin revision case. Perhaps because I’m a foreigner or something, I don’t really know. Anyways, thats all I have to say.
