We had such an amazing time in this restaurant!!! I highly recommend this 5-star experience. We stayed at the Grand Velas and came here on our last night. We NEARLY missed this place! This was THE best restaurant in the resort. The service was impeccable. The wine pairing was extremely thoughtful and our server, Edgar, educated us on every single wine we received. He explained the origin, the differences between old and new. We extremely enjoyed his insight to wine pairings. My fiancé is vegetarian and they had a separate menu for him. I am currently writing this review as I’m enjoying my dessert. I highly recommend this place. They have live jazz music too!

I’ve never written a review, but I’ve been lucky enough to eat at several Michelin venues around the world. This place needs a Michelin star (probably two). Service, wine pairings, and regional menu are world class. Worth traveling for. We were fortunate to try TWO tasting menus on consecutive nights. Brilliant from start to finish.

Amazing and innovative restaurant inside an already awesome hotel! The chef really knows how to transform different flavors into wholesome plates. The staff is friendly and very attentive as well.

Cómo lo describo wooow.... Así el servicio increíble desde la recepción, encargada, meseros y alimentos el menú que me toco degustar es vibrante que llega hasta la cabezas con sabores que te endulzan el paladar y el corazón.Gracias a Natiely y a si gran equipo que hacen que sea una cena espectacular Pedro gracias también por todo por los detalles del más pequeño al más grande gracias por hacer una cena de cumpleaños con todo que mi acompañante por salud no lo pudo degustar. Pero volveremos.

By far the best dining EXPERIENCE (a true experience!) I have ever had! Gorgeous indoor and outdoor areas... we were ushered into an elegant lounge for sparkling wine and a light appetizer, before embarking to a table outdoors for our 8-course meal, paired with a great tasting menu! The service could not have been better. Food presentation and taste was fantastic, and service was outstanding. My boyfriend's dishes came out at the exact same time as mine, and the servers were so attentive. Manager even came over after to introduce himself and ask for feedback. WOW!

This restaurant is not allowing anyone to dine there unless you are staying at the hotel. They need to update their website to inform their guests

Fantastic service and a wonderful experience. The food and wine is great. Don’t listen to the haters on here, I eat at at Michelin star restaurants too, anyone giving it a 1 star is just being dumb …… this place is great.

Being from NYC and having visited numerous Michelin starred restaurants (both higher and lower) this one does not live up the Michelin standard. Servers and hosts are very kind and provide good service but the food quality and taste leaves much to be desired. Many of the reductions/sauces provided with the dishes are essentially tasteless or extremely over seasoned. Sadly disappointed and hoping this was just an off night for the restaurant.
