Great experience fishing with Captain Gato, his son, and Jose. Went out for an 8 hour charter in the off-season. He managed to put us on a few smaller fish bottom fishing, a nice sized grouper, and to top it off, the first sailfish of the year in Playa! We also stopped and went snorkeling with the stingrays and turtles. He whipped up some tasty ceviche and guacamole while we snorkeled. Highly recommend them for someone looking for a great fishing charter at a great price.

Disfrutamos en familia el dia de Pesca de 6 horas, tuvimos 2 capturas de Barracuda!!!! el equipo de Fishing Tour muy amable resolvieron tidas las dudas antes del viaje y en la pesca Jose y Julio ayudandonos y dando indicaciones para tener la mejor experiencia y el snorkel super rico en un arrecife hermoso, muy recomendado el plan.

Went out with Captain Edgar and Jose it was an amazing day the water was simply beautiful. It was a tough day fishing no one was really catching much. They didn’t give up and Jose worked his a$$ off and in the 5th hour it all paid off we landed this beautiful sail fish! They were amazing hosts and it will be one of my most memorable moments on the water in my life. Thx to you both for a truly amazing day!!!

Overall a great fishing trip. Caught 2 nice barracuda and they made fresh ceviche and guacamole for a snack. Took us to a hidden cenote and had the opportunity to snorkel. They cleaned the fish and bagged it and we were able to take it to the hotel to eat for dinner that night. Overall a fun crew and they worked hard to put us on the fish. Highly recommended. Thank you guys!!

We had a lovely six hour tour with Black Cat and Jose. It was beautiful weather, they met us as agreed, and they were both funny and kind. We enjoyed our time with them very much. Ultimately we only caught one Barracuda, but it was perfect for the amazing ceviche that they made fresh for us. We had a great time snorkeling and got to feed and touch sting rays. Both men worked hard to get us fish, I’m glad we found this company and you should definitely book with them!

Great trip. Exactly what was advertised. A great time fishing not so lucky on the catching. Caught a large needle fish and missed two others. Plenty of time at the reef. Highly recommend these guys. Very knowledgeable about the area.

Capt Gato and crew were absolutely amazing. We caught a couple barracuda and we snorkeled. Then we had fresh ceviche and guacamole with the fish we caught. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. They were super friendly and super attentive the whole time.

This was a great fishing trip. We caught a few fish then snorkeled while the crew turned our freshly caught snapper into ceviche. While we snorkeled, the crew threw in bits of fish pieces to attract beautiful fish. We were in about 6 feet if water with many sting rays under us, sea turtle, lots of fish, and a huge green eel. Was an incredible day and will do it again with El Gato and his crew next time I am in Playa
