Una grata experiencia ya que han mejorado mucho su flotilla

They made me get their insurance and told me it was going to be 600 USD and small deposit or a 6000 USD deposit. I called my travel agency who got in contact with a budget representative. The representative said I just need proof of insurance in order for them to waive it and have me do a small deposit. As I was getting it I just let them know that I was getting the proof so I could waive it. She said even with the proof we can not release a car to you so get it or cancel it" I have spotty service plus it's dangerous to travel at night in Mexico so I wasn't able to contact chase till later to cancel and now im down the money for the original rental plus what I spent for a different company. Thank God Alamo has good people who wanted nothing but to help me and offered me different options. So I used their services instead. Still stings to lose so much money."

Esto fue un robó, recebe un carro en línea y pague aceguranza cuando llegue aquí me dijeron que la aceguranza no se mostraba y tuve que pagar otra vez. Cuándo llegue al airó puerto me pidieron un depósito de 10,000 pesos súper caro y cuando me entregaron el carro apenas prendí con unas llantas súper lisas definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no volveré a rentar con esta compañía.This was highway robbery. I reserved a car online, paid the insurance, but when I got to the airport, the budget rep told me that the insurance was not shown, therefore making me pay for the insurance again. I was asked to pay a ridiculous deposit of 10,000, which is super expensive! When they delivered the car to me, it barely started with super bald tires, along with that, we had a check engine light scare. I’m just glad my husband could fix it, because they refused to assist. I definitely do not recommend them, and I will not rent with this company again.

My husband and I needed to take an emergency trip to Mexico. After booking my flights with American Airlines, I was offered a rental. Since our final destination was two hours away, we decided to book a reservation with Budget. I choose a CUV (Nissan XTrail) as the car I would want. I even purchased an insurance police offered by Budget to cover loss, theft, etc. Thinking I was ready to go, I didn't think anything of it.We arrived at Aguascalientes around 1:00 p.m. We saw the Budge booth (by the way, Budget can probably invest a little more into the booth, it's hurting for some upgrades), and headed over. When I arrived the gentleman (Manuel), asked if we had a reservation. I told him that we had reserved a Nissan Xtrail and where to pick it up. Manuel didn't seem too happy. He said the vehicle was not available and instead told me there was a Duster" available. I asked why the car I choose was not available

So my dad rented a car from here for $260 with the insurance included with Edreams My dad got to the the front desk and and asked to get his car and then they said that the insurance they got was not going to work with them and that he had to get there insurance and it cost $600 and a deposit of $6,000 My dad was not in the mood of not getting the car because it was 10pm and there was not taxi's so my dad accepted then he put the American Express card into the terminal and then the guy said that it wasn't working so he had to try again later my dad was like no and just left and got an Uber so DON'T RENT from BUDGET Aguascalientes Airport.

Pésimo servicio, demorados, no tenia carros disponibles, omiten información importante que debes saber, me hicieron comprar otro seguro porque el que había comprado con mi paquete de viaje según ellos ella no servia, pregunta antes por los deducibles y asegúrate que no te cobren de mas. Nunca más en este lugar.Me cobraron un golpe en el mismo lugar donde ya tenia 2 mas, creo que a todos les cobren el deducible y no arreglan el carro.

Te obligan a que pagues el seguro con ellos y te dicen que si no lo pagas no te pueden rentar el carro. Eso es ilegal.No se dejen engañar

Muy mala experiencia, no tenían el carro que reservamos y tuvimos que ir a rentar a otra compañía, d9nde por cierto no s trataron con mucha amabilidad a diferencia de Budget!!

I booked a month prior to my flight, for a Volkswagen Tiguan or similar. But Manuel said they didn't have it. So they offered me this junk. With an attitude of you can cancel if you want". I landed in Aguascalientes around 9 am. And had a meeting at 11:00. So

Pésimo servicio, con las carros bien acabados y con mal mantenimiento.
