Alvaro is a wonderful yoga teacher. He has the perfect sense for creating a space where you can fully let go, where you can just be with yourself and connect to peace and harmony.I especially love his Yin yoga classes, because every class is very different from the other and gives you the opportunity to open up on another level. Alvaro knows exactly how to integrate the beginner and the advanced student, so that everyone in the class feels completely at the right place.But Alvaro is also a great Ashtanga yoga teacher introducing it to newbies in a soft way but also challenging you to really go for yourself and let go of the stories your mind is telling you.Alvaro is not only teaching yoga, he lives yoga himself with every cell and you can feel that when meeting him. He is yoga.I‘m so grateful for his classes because they have changed my life and are one of the reasons I‘m myself living a yogi‘s life now.
