This was one of the best experiences we have had hiring a contractor/ architect in Mexico. We hired ContractorPV to help us rehabilitate our investment property in Puerta Vallarta. It was so easy communicating with Fernando (who speaks perfect English) throughout the entire process. He responded and kept us in the loop from start to finish of the lengthy project. The quality of their work/finishes and their professionalism was above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

I am working with Contractor PV for the second time in three months. As an interior designer, I have extremely high expectations, particularly around quality of work and communication. Fernando and Chris have gone above and beyond in both of these categories. They’ve delivered not only an excellent finished product, but I was kept in-the-know every step of the way, from timelines to payment schedules. Their team is also kind, professional, timely and tidy. And, unlike like many other so-called contractors, they don’t cut corners. Within 6 months they expertly completed 3 new bathrooms, 2 new kitchens, new roof, swimming pool repair, upgraded plumbing, upgraded electrical and beautiful tile work on every floor. There is not a room nor a wall that hasn’t been restored beautifully by them. They have a large team of tradesmen that can handle anything. Everyone we have encountered on their team is very friendly and professional. Their project manager, Anahi Oliver,is top notch with communication, follow through, and has a smile to share every day she’s here on the job. No problems ruffle her feathers.
