La señorita que está en la caja es muy muy amable… solo modifiquen sus horarios por que aquí dice que cierran a la 1:00 pm cuando en realidad cierran a las 3:00 pm

I got to the office at 12:50. 10 minutes before they closed coming from Mahahual over 120kms away. They had already locked the doors. Told security guard our story but he did not care and would not let us in even though it was still 10 minutes before the posted closing time. To make it worst. The same exact thing happened 10 days ago when we first attempted to come here. AND we are only needing to come here because of a CFE mistake in regretting our meter. Therefore we get free electricity because our meter doesnt exist! Guess what CFE thanks for the free electric it is now your problem as I have gone above and beyond to try to make this right. You can come and find me 120kms away!

Se va la luz constantemente en algunas colonias de Bacalar.Ahora tenemos ya el segundo día sin luz.

Es increíble que después de tantos años de esta oficina solo haya una cajera con nula formación sobre atención a clientes y que haga trámites y cobros, retrasando todo, la gente que solo llega a pagar tiene que esperar a que los que están haciendo trámites terminen, puedes esperar hasta 1 hora y media.

Horrible service. I pay my bills on time and they keep shutting me off for no reason at all. Then have to go to office and wait for hours to get someone to resolve the issue. While losing money because I have workers with no power or water access. They need to improve their service if they want Bacalar to continue to grow. Booo CFE
