For 8 days they could not deliver the parcel. They did 5 attempts sa parcel pero di padin dineliver. Everyday nag cacall ako para ideliver nila, they would promise oo pero they never did. I HAD TO GO TO THE HUB TWICE PARA MA PICKUP. I never want to send or receive thru lbc due to this. I'm too disappointed sa service nila.

If you cannot locate the address you should have call the receiver. Don’t tag it as with issue eventhough the address is indeed complete. This is the third time I experience this kind of service. Please improve your services!!!

delivery date is yesterday. maghapon ako naghihintay dahil it is a important document.pero hanggang ngayon wala pa din natatanggap.. please email me kung san at paano ko makukuha ang parcel ko.because i need it asap.. thanks

very bad service!!! use google maps if u can’t locate the location of the receiver! or try to contact the person! as simple as that!!!!

I am expecting my parcel 17th of Dec. They say consignee unkown which is imposible because my last name is known in our place. It's been 5 days delay and it's a gift for a party which I am going to attend to. LBC? What now? Not receiving any updates from you.

Same! if they cant locate the address just call the reciever. Last week the jrs just dilivered my package how come they cant locate my family address. We are between baliuag bulacan and pampanga but our address its in pampanga so the seller is from north so i have no choice to diliver in our address instead picking up. Bec. Baliuag lbc branch is better for pick up. Just different city. Poor service!

They tagged my parcel as incomplete address wherein it is indeed complete. They should have called us for confirmation. We were waiting the whole day since it is a very important document. Please improve your services!

Palpak. Walang kasing palpak. For pick up yung parcel ko tapos sabi nila it was delivered already.. the nakakagalit pa.. it was not delivered.
