Physio at Home is the best body work service! Val takes her time to get to know each client and the client’s needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body—especially, the fine muscles, tendons, and ligaments that are often the sources of major aches and pains. If you regularly work with Vale, you will stop treating symptoms and start curing the causes of pain and discomfort. A natural healer, she is the perfect therapist for every body type—whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery or looking to maintain an active healthy body. With her help, I have effectively rehabbed decades-old injuries that I had coped with for years. And with her support, in the span of seven months, I went from running weekend 10ks to completing my first two full marathons within a week. I could not have done it without her!

Wow. We've been seeing Val for a few years now. I used to have a lot of pain and hard to knot in my left shoulder. I suffered from migraines and sciatica. Not only was she always professional and showed up on time, she genuinely cared about my care. She was able to not only do massage but also help me with physical stretches & therapy to help me get back my full mobility. She also helped with cupping massage and helped me get full movement back in my shoulders. My sciatica has been gone for over a year and she also encouraged me to get healthy and lose weight. Absolutely the best massage therapist you will ever have in your life. She treats you like family and she actually cares and checks in on you for your care. She also always takes care of my guest and friends and family that come to visit. Absolutely love her and so grateful for her care and love and support.
