Atienden bien, solamente que una empleada o no se si es la dueña empezo a hablar con palabras obscenas, es un muy buen lugar porque venden todo (osea es variado sus productos) lo que necesites para un hospital, o para la escuela, también tienen una clínica no te cobran la consulta sino los materiales que ocupes.

My wife sprained her ankle, and we needed a medical boot. Médica Universal couldn't have been more pleasantly helpful and accommodating. They don't speak English, but with a combination of Google Translate and a willing attitude on their part, we came up with the right size and rescued the last two days of our time in Oaxaca! Very kind people with everything you could need! I arrived with very little Spanish and even though they couldn’t understand me, they patiently and sweetly went out of their way to help me for at least 20 minutes try out every single knee brace until I had found the one I wanted. Highly recommend!
