Store is cute but extremely dissapointed that they only issue store credit for a return. I understand that you don't want to deal with the fees but that's not my problem. You chose to be in retail and you can run your business the way you want to but here's a novel concept for you: lifetime customer value. Becaue you only issue store credit my value to you is now zero.

Absolutely wonderful store! I enjoyed every minute there. Eleanor is a gem, almost as sweet as Bella. If you haven't checked it out already, you must go see it! Plan on spending some time as it takes awhile to check out all of the neat items.

I really like shopping in Moon Mippy. It reminds me of one of my favorite places in Beaumont. Great gift selection, cute cards, and the best invitation and stationery books. Plus, I love Eleanor - she is so helpful and so much fun! Yay for Moon Mippy!

Where do I began...Moon Mippy saved me from a breakdown. I had a bad experience at another custom invitation place and immediately called Moon Mippy and right from the first hello they were understanding, helpful and asked me what I needed and after explaining to them what I was looking for they advised me to go over right away and they would help me. By the time I got there there were three to four women already showing me invitation examples of what I had explained to them over the phone. I asked a billion questions and not once did they roll their eyes or get frustrated. As a matter of fact the designer Jen came out as well and tried to assist. Even if that meant sending me to another website to get exactly what I was looking for. Moon Mippy staff went above and beyond with their support and guidance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I ordered custom invitations, I had 3 ladies helping me and they were printed and done in 2 days! I told them my budget and they had suggestions to get the cost as close as possible that saved me over 50 dollars!Couldn't have been happier!
