We have used both the real estate agent and property management services of Galvan. We have worked directly with Armando, Ivania, Karina, and Karen and they are all wonderful to work with. Very responsive to our needs as home owners and to the needs of our tenants who rent our property. They are local community members with extensive knowledge of the area and are always willing to share their expertise. Armando made sure the purchasing of our home was smooth sailing and Karina is always willing to answer my random questions about home care products and local services. I would (and have) recommend them to others looking to buy or rent in the Riviera Nayarit.

If you're looking for real estate in the area there is really nobody more knowledgable. We used them to not only find a place but they help us manage it now and have been for the past 5 yrs. We feel like they are friends not just a management company. :)

I had been in contact with Armando who then vanished and never returned calls or text messages. I came in from the US to check out the area and I should also mention, Personally drove from PV to the Galvan office, hand wrote a note to call us and NOTHING! Genecis? was also given our number from another local agent weeks before our arrival thinking she would be a better contact for our needs and NO CALL!

Armando needs to learn how to better communicate with potential customers. Response when inquiring on a USD $2k/night villa was rude enough for us to look elsewhere. Not a company worth supporting.
