Came here on a Friday because I procrastinated in getting accessories for a wedding my daughter and I were attending. I had no idea what to get for myself but my daughter was picking out anything that would go with her outfit.My daughter had fallen in love with a pair of earrings but unfortunately she does not have pierced ears. She did not want to wear the clip-on earrings either. At this point my daughter was very discouraged and starting to feel upset.A nice lady, her name was Veronica, had been coming to us to check up on us once in a while. When we needed her help I told her what our situation was and she right away said, okay hold on". At first I was confused

Silvia, the lady that works there, is amazing and kind. My daughter is afraid of needles, but she really took care of her when she fainted after getting her new piercings. She went out of her way to help us and called someone to assist us. And she didn't stop checking on us until my daughter felt fine and we left the store. We really appreciate everything she did for us. I hope the management will read this and acknowledge her.

I would not suggest getting Your ears pierced here. I suggest going to a tattoo place or with experienced people that have done piercings for a long time. I got a second whole and the small round earing got stuck inside my ear. I've gotten my ears pierced before and never had a problem like this (got the first one at Walmart 9 years ago). I had to go to the doctor to get it removed, it was very painful. The girl at Claire's didnt warn me about the earing being too small or that it might go inside my ear for any reason. I was so excited to my ears pierced since I was saving money for it and I was conflicted on getting them done. Unfortunately, I ended very disappointed, I spent over 30$ to get my ears pierced and to just to get it removed a week in a half later.

First stop if you want to get your ears pierced, boy, girlc man, woman, its a must, price is good, variety of studs and earings is cool, I love this place

1st & last time at Claire’s every thing is absolutely over priced lesson learned target has lower prices and that says a lot.

Many cute items for your daughters. Phone covers, necklaces, rings, plush toys, bracelets etc. When we were shopping there was a buy 3 get 3 free deal. Small space can be crowded. They also offer a rewards program.
