They have no concept of customer service, the lady with bad posture, tacky white nail polish and awful fake blonde hair was extremely rude, not having manners is a personal problem but when you're in retail it's a must! I'll never come back

Store manager wasn't very friendly. Would much rather deal with the girl with the long eyelashes. She's very helpful and one other sales person. But not sales manager. Sorry my opinion.

Nice employees, I've been greeted on every occasion. So I assume they never miss a beat on acknowledging customers entering & assuring their needs will be met. They have a good selection of products. Mostly mainstream/ commercialized products. Could use more products for variety of ethnic groups ,,...based on hair types instead of commercial biases.

Horrible customer service. A lady with long red hair was really rude to me. (Kimberly) I asked if she knew how to get this orange color out of my hair.. she looked at me like I was DISGUSTING. I was asking her expecting some guidance, but she did not want to help me. So weird. Usually everyone that works at Sally’s is so nice and friendly. I asked if a toner would help, she made her ugly, mean, judge mental face at me. And told me “No.” .… literally that’s it.. so awkward? Obviously I’m looking for help. What a ugly person.

Came to Sally’s not knowing anything about products offered and left with a wealth of knowledge. Not only was I informed but the products were explained to me in detail. The representative named Kristen was very friendly and professional and was key in up selling other products. You are welcomed upon entering the store and the excellent service continues as you are walk-in out with products in hand. I will definitely be returning to this Sally’s in the near future.
