Horrible service called for an appointment & was scheduled at 1:30pm showed up before time & wasn’t seen until around 3pm. The receptionists kept chatting not doing their jobs & attending people who didnt have appointments first.

Don't bother making an appointment online and filling out forms prior to your appointment apparently it doesn't work. Schedule an appt at 130 called into room at 3:00 waited till almost 330 and I decided to cancel my appointment. It's enough I felt miserable and to continue to sit in pain wasn't a continued option for me.

So unprofessional so rude and they want you to sign documents without giving you the authorizations forms so sad this is the only urgent care in Nogales and the receptionist trying to be a smart person or the owner! We all come here for a reason to seek medical attention not to socialize. 0/5

I had never been to Nextcare before but I was pretty sick with I didn’t know what (common cold after all). I was so very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and care from every staff member. The receptionist in particular was awesome. While my wait was pretty long, but expected being the day before Thanksgiving, all staff did all they could to be helpful. Highly recommend.

Not sure of the name of the doctor I saw, but the nurses tried telling me they didn't think they could help me at first, & then he said he could definitely help me. Got the test I needed. He was awesome!
