Es un excelente deporte, ejercitas partes de tu cuerpo que no tienes idea que se pueden ejercitar. Siempre te sientes motivado para hacer más, es una actividad que te hace sentir felíz, pleno y te da mucha energía.Me encanta, no cambio mis clases por nada.

I took an evening class for pole dance here and I am so bummed that I did not enjoy it as I was looking forward to finally learning. First, the instructors are amazing but the issue is the space is not adequate for pole dance. I have no doubt they will be upgrading spaces as they have several students enrolled. I however found it difficult to focus while ensuring the girl in front was not hitting my face nor was I hitting hers. I’m only 1.65 and my leg reached the other pole...at the same time, two different classes were happening which clashed of course. I expressed my discontent and Lupita was more than understanding and offered I’d come in early times. I admired how she rectified this, but ultimately it was the space that I found problematic for pole dance. I look forward to joining once again when they upgrade space.

I love this place. Very good instructors, a large variety of classes, and enough poles for everyone.Also it's right in the center of Playa. Highly recommended!

Es un excelente lugar para acondicionamiento físico por medio del Pole Fitness.Clases con maestros profesionales, cuenta con regadera y lockers, y tiene un ambiente de unión y compañerismo :)

I took classes 2x/week in June 2022 when I was visiting Playa del Carmen. The studio was at Fuente de la Bastilla at the time but I think the studio has moved to Centro.One BIG thing to note is that if you buy a week-long, month-long, etc. pass , the expiration date starts counting down the day you buy the pass, not from when you take your first class. The owner Lu was kind enough to adjust my settings so I could use up all my classes.If you don't speak Spanish, no worries. I communicated with the Lu before arriving and had no issues. The teachers speak English and the rest you can learn by watching. I had Pole Fit classes with Paola and I definitely got stronger—she puts a lot of effort into switching things up during the warm-up exercises. I found her resistance band exercises really creative and great for avoiding injury if you're trying to build up upper body strength. I also took one Pole Fit class with Natalia and she was lovely as well! Very zen and good at adjusting for your skill level on the fly.The one con is that there was no AC, which was an adjustment for me coming from the Pacific Northwest. Pole grip feels like a must so bring it if you have it, and otherwise you can buy some from the studio!

Hermoso lugar para practicar Poledance! El ambiente es tan bonito que además de aprender y divertirte haces muchas amigas. Recomendado también si te gusta pole exotic porque Lu es la mejor!!!

I have been poling for 3 years and always pop into studios when I travel. I loved this place and their willingness to let me come in. Luz gave a great class— I was sore the next day. :)
