100% waste of time and money and I have video to prove it. I welcome opposing comments from management. The pictures are very misleading. I have stayed in a $25 a night hostal and it was cleaning than this place. This place is filthy and the property manager does not care. For example, at checkin, there a dead bird in front of the lobby door. We tell the receptionist and she said, “yes, I know.” When we got to our room, I was shocked at how dirty the bathroom was. There was hair all over the shower floor and someone “wet” shower supplies. The white toilet was stained brown and you know why. The bed sheet smelled and the removable mattress cover had blood stains. Spider webs and dead flys everywhere.That evening we decided to go outside to enjoy the evening but and patio chairs were COVERED in bird droppings. My only option was to pick the best 4 and clean the chairs myself. Receptionist hours were from 8am to 9pm. At 8pm we asked for wood ($10 a bundle) for the nearly broken fire pit. We never got it. The next morning we did see that someone responded around 11pm, but we had gone to bed.At checkout, my mother-in-law spoke with the receptionist and she did apologize but I would like a portion of my money back.I could share so much more about this terrible experience, but instead I will say this, please stay somewhere else.
