Siento es una tienda buena pero le faltan productos que si puedes en o trar en otros mobo, no son muchos pero si faltan

Wow. $30 for a “fast” Iphone charger/cable in Mexico. Didn’t realize it was so expensive so I wanted to return it. I was told it would up take 15 days to refund and its taking 20 minutes to process, then I was asked to fill this form which requires my bank account number? Instead of going through all the trouble, I just kept the products. When I used it, it charged at a slower speed of a regular cable, scam. Make sure you never have to do a refund at this store lol

Esta muy bien surtido, hay una amplia variedad de sus productos, el problema es que está muy escondido, esta en el segundo piso si no mal recuerdo

I was double charged for a smartphone I bought and despite showing obvious evidence they have refused to help in anyway. On the day I bought the phone I went in and said I’d been double charged but they denied anything was wrong. Now I have been charged over £100 in excess and will likely have to get my bank involved. Terrible service. Unhelpful. Also quite a bad and overpriced product. Do not go here. Pls.

DONT GO HERE. If there was a zero star this places deserves it. I understand they aren’t selling original pieces but we gave this store 3 chances to repair and iPhone batter. He promised us twice that he could fix the battery. The first time we changed the battery the phone batter showed 100% capacity. 20 minuets later it was down to 16%. We returned two days later and the guy was very understanding and changed the batter again. But the same problem occurred. We had to leave Mexico City for a wedding and he told us he was getting a shipment of new batteries and that when we return he promised he would have a new battery for us. We just got back and took a 40 min. Drive to the store. He told us he has ZERO batteries. We leave back to Spain tomorrow and he would not refund us the money even though it’s 100% guarantee. Find another store to replace your battery.
