Davannayoga is much more than a yoga studio; it's a community of kind, open-hearted practitioners, with caring and experienced instructors. I've made great friends there. Its proprietor, Anna Laurita, has practiced yoga for the better part of her life and couldn't be more professional and dedicated to ensuring every class and training session is well-prepared and worth your time and money. I highly recommend Davannayoga to anyone interested in learning the basics or taking their current practice up several levels.

Magic little yoga studio. I discovered it quite by accident 2 years ago, dropped in on a class and fell in love with the ambiance, the instruction, and the respect for the practice. The owner Anna makes everyone feel welcome and is most inspirational. It was based on this visit that influenced me to return last year to Puerto Vallarta to do my RYT200 yoga teacher training at Davannayoga under Anna's mentorship. It's located in a tuck-away little nook in Centro up the hillside 3 blocks off the malacon.

Great Classes and an Awesome Teacher Training Program!Davannayoga is my go to yoga studio in PV with a great variety of classes, options for all levels, and superb teachers. Anna puts so much effort into her classes. They are an experience to attend and leave students with much more than a physical workout. I was so impressed by Anna's teaching at her studio in beautiful Puerto Vallarta that I signed up for her Intensive RYS200 Training. The teacher training was more than I expected. It opened the door to a life-long practice that I can share. Anna's wealth of knowledge, experience, skill and passion for yoga shows through in all she does both on the mat and off. The training was comprehensive, well organized and covered all of the elements (and more) that I was looking for in a classic yoga training program. I leave feeling comfortable and inspired to share yoga back home. I am truly grateful to have found Davannayoga and Anna and am thrilled to be part of her yoga community.

Anna’s classes are consistently geared to total body/spirit wakefulness at all levels. She is knowledgeable and most patient. The space overlooks Vallarta’s bay in the morning light thru arched windows & high ceiling. We are snug yet expansive, safe and soaring.

Anna is a great teacher and Davannayoga is an amazing school and place to practice yoga and growth on your practice. Beautiful location.
