Monumento a Hidalgo

Very nice park in central Progreso. I love sitting there after attending Mass at the church.It’s also the Center for Independence in Progreso. This is the place if you need a taxi and the Taxi fare is excellent! It cost just as much as DiDi and Uber.It’s very clean and the people are very friendly.A good place for families to relax and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance.It’s one block away from the grocery store and two blocks from the Mercado.The beautiful historic buildings are rich in history and a great place for family photos.Get a ice cream and sit on a bench in the shade.Not crowded at all and extremely safe!
