道路側はtricycleがうるさくて寝れません。エレベーターはない。階段で登るしかない。部屋は広く、スタッフは親切。

2022....New management, Rooms are CLEAN & smell clean, bathroom hot water updated, cable TV PHIL channels, Converge internet wifi, EZ walking distance to everywhere you want to go.

Close to bars cheap rooms are old and out dated but nice staff hot showers would stay again

been staying there when i go to clark...nice hotel

Budget priced, clean and good location in centre of the action, a few mins walk from Walking Street

건물은 오래 되어 세월의 흔적은 있으나 나름 관리를 잘하여 깨끗합니다.유흥을 위한 사람들에게는 비용대비 최고의 장소담배도 앞 뒤 베란다 공간에서 피울수 있어요직원들도 나름 친절해요The building is old and has traces of time, but it is clean because it is well managed.the best place for entertainment for the costYou can smoke in the front and back veranda space

Worst hotel ever. Very poorly managed. Ok it's an apartelle. So there is no elevator. It's operated by a welathy filipino family. They don't need the money. So they don't care. The rooms are very dirty. There is mold in the bathroom floor and tiles. I think they never clean the bathrooms. The staff is totally arrogant. They never greet you. They never smile. They never say thank you. If you ask them a question, they give you no answer except for a blank stare. They just don't care.The rooms cost 1,300~1,500 pesos, not cheap either. I found another hotel for 1,200 pesos nearby. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. Do not stay at Lorietta's Apartelle. You do not want to take a shower in a moldy bathroom.
