Playa Carrizalillo

This is a very small and extremely popular beach with gorgeous, slightly course sand. If you want a lounge chair you will be sitting right next to someone else. Unlike a lot of beaches, it is protected from a rip current, but there was no bloody way I was going for a much-wanted swim with all those learning to surf a few meters out: seemed like a recipe for disaster. As far as the STAIRS go, it was a four minute descent, tops, many senior locals were handling it, so could you!

Ubicación de difícil acceso, requiere bajar escalones para llegar, los costos son regulares, pocos restaurantes, buena atención pero hay que ir preparado para gastar al menos en rentar un lugar para dejar las cosas si es que ya comieron, sino, conviene ir también preparado para costos de restaurante y poder disfrutar el nado. Las olas llegan hasta las mesas en temporada de mar picado, cuando no, llegan ligeramente a los pies

Muy bonita playa,el oleaje super agusto y calida,para entrar a la playa tienes que bajar 168 y pues subirlos pero super vale la pena! (Ojala me hubiera tocado menos concurrida) hay como 3 lugares que rentan camastros y tienen restaurante.

Bonita playa / bahía. Es pequeña pero agradable. Te rentan camastros pero puedes llevar una sombrilla y agarrar un espacio en la arena. Igualmente si llegas temprano se puede escoger un espacio que le toca mucha sombra de un árbol, así que vale la pena.Es la mejor playa para meterse a nadar en puerto escondido.Calificación 9/10.

Nice beach with amazingly looking water. We surfed here and also came for a swim. Quiet and peaceful in the mornings. A short walk from the main street, beware of 157 steps to get to the beach itself!

Probably the best beach in Puerto Escondido. The waves were still strong, but not as strong as Zicatela beach - so you could still go in, without the fear of being swept away. If you want very mild waves - Puerto Angelito and and Manzanillo beach are probably the most mild ones as far as waves go. But Playa Carrizalillo has the best views and the most beautiful sand.

Una buena playa, la entrada es algo pesada por las escaleras (a mi parecer algo descuidada la bajada) pero buen lugar para descansar y ver surfear a la gente.
