Es la primera vez que me subo y me gustó mucho, fui en martes de semana santa, ya había mucha gente y te firmas pero luego deshacen la fila y corren a buscar lugar por todos lados. De ida fuimos en la parte de arriba donde puedes ver el mar. De regreso el sol estaba terrible y nos fuimos abajo donde todavía está abierto y hay algo de aire acondicionado, había tanta gente que nos tocó en un lugar donde no se veía nada. El boleto puedes comprarlo en los kioskos con tarjeta de crédito o en las taquillas.

Es una terminal muy grande y te dejan subir bebidas de todo tipo, hasta hay un oxxo en la terminal para que compres y vayas disfrutando durante el traslado. Hay un trovador a bordo que ameniza el trayecto. Lo recomiendo

Great service... A little more expensive this time that before, but their service is really good because the Ferries take You to Isla Mujeres every half an hour starting very early morning and until 9pm, and then, after 9pm they start running every hour until 11pm or midnight. Not so sure, but they are ALWAYS on time and they are very safe.Great option if You wanna go across to Isla Mujeres. I also believe they have different locations to take the ferry along the Cancún área.

Lugar para cruzar a Islas mujeres. Sistema rápido, no tan puntual, bien organizado.Puedes comprar en efectivo o con tarjeta de crédito. Te sugiero comprar el viaje ida y regreso o redondo como dicen acá.

We’ve used this ferry each visit to Isla Mujeres. Prices are fair. Only takes about 20 minutes for the trip and the boats are in good shape. Ferry runs every 30 minutes so easy to travel anytime throughout the day.

Helpful employee to help buying tickets on kiosk transactions. Ferry is bit expensive service. Overall Safe and pleasant experience. There was a guys playing and singing song on top of ferry to make his earning. You can buy stuff on ferry like drinks and chips. Docking was seamless.
