This review is regarding my experience at Olvera's Yamaha Distribuidor a few weeks ago.I was looking for a part urgently for my Yamaha wave runner and was limited on time. I decided to order the part thru Olvera's Yamaha as I have done business with them in the past. I explained the urgency of the situation and we agreed on a delivery date that would work for me. Unfortunately, due to some technical difficulties, the part's delivery date was delayed. I explained to the owner, Olvera that it's extremely important that I receive the part ASAP. Olvera appreciated the urgency and decided to have the part delivered by air, free of charge to me, to ensure it arrives immediately. I received the part as promised.This is my third time dealing with Olvera's Yamaha and I could not have been happier. The service is always exceptional, the staff polite, professional and very helpful. Olvera and the staff went out of their way in order ensure that I am taking care of, and they kept their promise.Thank you for for all your help and for a wonderful experience.
