I was just at the Ronin Armory within the Arena Gun Club in Laredo waiting my turn to be attended when a young gentleman named Ryan Madrigal, the location manager, came by and proceeded to assist the gentleman before me. I was very impressed with the courtesy, friendliness and attention he gave the man. It was also evident that he was very knowledgeable and had extensive experience with the use, maintenance and care of firearms which he gladly shared with the customer. When my turn came, he gave me the same attention and help he had demonstrated with the previous client. I asked for his name and position to publicly recognize and congratulate him on representing his company so well because this gentleman is definitely earning it.

Best place to go get anything done with your guns, I had a problem with my gun and they had no problem fixing it for me.The environment is inviting the people are extremely nice. Ryan and jeff saw me looking for help and they immediately helped me. The best custome service 10 out of 10 love this place. The cerakote jobs are amazing as well anything you want they can do I highly recommend.

Highly recommend all the gun nuts and noobs like me to get their blasters worked on by the great people at Ronin. They have never let me down and have provided excellent service to me and all my pews.Ask for Ryan, Ricky or Jeff, my guys will make sure your guns are up to any task you need them to be.My biggest project was throwing together a LMT MARS H and they assembled, tuned, and zeroed er. Shoots smooth like butter.Definitely will continue to take all my guns to them in the future.Great people working in a Great company.
