For someone that has never gone through housing like myself, I wish the staff would be more helpful or provide easy steps on how to apply or what to ask for for my needs. Lost and confused. This is my fourth maybe fifth visit in the last 5-6 years and I can’t get a answer and still waiting to be added on the waiting list. I’m lost.
