Cheryl was extremely quick to answer any phone calls and reply to emails. My fiancé was able to reach her on WhatsApp to avoid roaming charges. She offers reasonable pricing, especially compared to our resort rates. The rates posted on the website were true and accurate. Cheryl and her husband even made sure to introduce themselves to us while we were on the course. My fiancé was able to golf as I rode along with him at no extra charge. I would highly recommend anyone looking to golf in the region to considering booking through Tee'd Off Tee Times.

We had a really fantastic time. Cheryl was so nice and organized everything for us. Even our quite spontaneously golfing wishes. She is so nice, and it was really a pleasure meeting her. We will definitely book Tee Times again with Tee'd Off.

I can't say enough about how accommodating and helpful Cheryl was. My husband and I were planning a trip to the Mayan Riviera to play golf, and it wasn't easy initially figuring out the best way to get tee times and discounts at multiple golf courses in that area, as well as knowing which ones were the best ones to play. After much googling, I tried two golf vacation package organizations, neither of which panned out after endless emails. Then I emailed Tee'd Off Tee Times, and Cheryl arranged tee times at three courses for us, at our convenience. She even called me at home (in US) to give me some additional information, and made a point of finding us while we were playing to say hello. The courses were truly spectacular and I'd highly recommend using them when planning a golf vacation in the Cancun area.

Cheryl is AMAZING! I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are looking to golf in Mexico. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. My fiancé and I aren’t great golfers, but wanted to try a course while in Mexico. Cheryl explained what courses would be best and explained tons of courses were aerating right now. Our hotel concierge did no such thing and their rates were more (even though we had complimentary green fees) than what Cheryl could offer! We played Gran Coyote and wow! It was beautiful. The greens were fast and the experience was unreal. The shuttle was on time to pick us up both ways. Cheryl is so personable and made us feel like long lost friends. We will 100 percent be a return customer.

If you are considering calling Cheryl and her team, don’t hesitate. If you want to golf and/or want a “good deal” they are superb. This is legit the way to go. She has a relationship with the courses and knows the “lay of the land” The personal service also was amazing. She stopped on both of our rounds at Gran Coyote and Mayakoba. Openly I was a touch hesitant not knowing what the service was. Tee Time/Cheryl saved us a couple of hundred dollars on 2 rounds. Don’t hesitate to reach out very personable, knowledgeable and just awesome. I plan to bring back some business travelers for a round of golf and will be using them to make the arrangements. The “concierge of golf “ in this area. Don’t go to the desk at the resort, reach out to Cheryl. My highest praise and regards for the service. We laughed about our beating Mickelson to see the course. It looks great Phil.

Cheryl is the absolute best. I've worked with her three times now. Her transparency (XX course may be aerating this week...you will love XX course, etc) is something you don't find among businesses. It's so easy to make adjustments (but I wouldn't recommend this just to keep her sane but things happen sometimes) and she's always so kind about it. And there can often be discounted tee times based on when and where you play.I'm so glad I stumbled upon Tee'd Off Tee Times when I first went to Cancun and plan to use them every time I'm in the area! Highly recommend.

Our experience with Tee’d off was amazing ! We were looking to play golf in Playa Del Carmen but were very last minute. Cheryl was quick to reply to us and within less than 12h she booked everything for us ! Because we were so last minute, transportation was not possible from the golf course so Cheryl was kind enought to arrange for transport herself !Cheryl went above and beyond for us and made our golf experience, very easy and doable !Thanks Cheryl
