I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rosy. She was very welcoming, and spent a good amount of time showing me various watches and talking through options. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I look forward to visiting again soon.

A few years ago, this place used to be a bit friendlier to their customers. Today I had the displeasure of being closely followed by one of their saleswomen while looking at their catalogue, being assessed by my timepiece. Security guardsmen are jumpy and uninviting. Richmond group's watches were placed nonsensically isolated from Swatch's, inside a further ridiculous and tasteless glass cubicle, adding Breguet in there for whatever reason. The watches from Grand Seiko are poorly displayed, filled with fingerprints and lumped together. On a second interaction I asked a new and kinder saleswoman about a watch, but she couldn't answer. This kind of attitude reminded me of horrible places like [Perylonge] or even worse, Berger jewelers. I hope they reconsider their ways and train their staff better. Not only in customer service but watches in general. Please don't @ me, owner.

Extenso surtido y la mejor atencion

This place has lots of red flags. They have many watches (30+) in display, only about 5 of them have the exhibition tag below. I tried out a few watches, all of them only came with white tag, price tag, green certification without any signs attached saying exhibition only. However, the staff is saying all watches are for exhibition only and they don’t have anything for sale. Moreover, they had a daydate 40 rosegold in their outside window display, sitting by itself, without an exhibition tag next to it. When I asked if it’s for sale, the staff said no.

I visited this location during our family vacation to Cancun. I was fortunate to meet Erick, sales advisor, and was able to purchase my first time piece. From the first impression and completing the sale and even after the purchase, Erick and Ultrajewels staff gave SUPERB customer service and showed excellent professionalism. Our family had a very memorable trip to Cancun and Ultrajewels experience played a big part as I was able to get the best Father's day present! Thank you Erick and Ultrajewels! We hope to (will) see you again!
