TNT Satellites

Terrible, this place was to do an install for us today for direct TV, i guess AT&T subs these guys. The technician calls to say that he is going to be late because of weather (ok understandable) he calls back later and says he can not make it today because of the weather and that AT&T would call and reschedule. Then at 2:20 the dispatcher calls and says he is there. I had timed our lunches so we could be there for this install. Also come to find out ATT wasnt going to call me for reschedule that only the dispatcher could do that. My boyfriend got permission from work to go meet the guy at the house for installation, he was no longer there. I called him over and over, sent text messages. He was picking up the phone and hanging up on me and kept forwarding my calls. I called my boyfriend to come back to work and called ATT to reschedule after I realized he wasn't going back to do the install and now they cant do it until Wed!!! I have a really tight schedule and this isn't the type of service im use to.
