Just returned from my third visit to Palapas Ventana, and loved it! Super friendly staff go out of their way to accommodate your needs and fill your day with fun. Great food from the kitchen, with fresh seafood frequently offered for dinner. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms at a beautiful location on the bay. I loved my visit!!

What can I say? Each time I visit this wonderful Resort, I am more and more feeling like family with all the friendliness and care and great service we receive every minute of every day. The Resort is right on the beautiful white sand beach and the restaurant has absolutely the best food around anywhere, and it's not only great Mexican food, but everything else as well. I am not staying anywhere else here at La Ventana...this is my home away from home!!!

Overall, my group had a fantastic trip to Palapas Ventana! The hotel is right on the water, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub are nice, and the food was fantastic! The rooms are comfortable and have rustic charm, with the A/C and water each working really well. There's also tons to do nearby, and while the beach out front isn't perfect for swimming (seaweed), there are lots of other beaches within a 10 min walk/drive nearby. The hotel was also great in helping us plan group activities like spearfishing, sport fishing, horseback riding, and was tremendously helpful for organizing private events on-site.

This was the best experience of my life. I went on a marine conservation student travel trip with Putney. Palapas Ventana was the greatest place in all of Mexico to stay and have an amazing summer.

Palapas Ventana is one of our favorite places on earth. We've been going there for more than a decade and have loved all the changes and improvements over the years. The hot tub is such a bonus! Tim and his friendly team always take us on great diving/spearfishing adventures, both on the Cortez and the Pacific. I've also enjoyed the cooking classes and on-site massage. The restaurant is great, the service outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this place.

If you want to avoid overpriced, touristy, frilly places in Baja/Cabo, this is your place! Every single staff member is personable, kind and accommodating with any needs or requests. The surrounding area is safe the views are fantastic. The overall vibe is very chill and comforting, with tasteful casitas and a homey restaurant. This is the perfect place for those looking for recreational and outdoor activities. This was our first family vacation abroad since covid and this place was just what we needed. I would love to return again. Thank you everyone!!

Didn’t stay in the rooms but ate at the restaurant, rented some gear, and chatted w several members of the helpful and friendly staff. Rodolfo is a very cool grounds keeper. Hope I get to ride in the cutlass some day!
