La Casa de María 11:11

The most amazing place... many apartments, from 1, 2 to 3 bedrooms. spectacular. Close to X-Cacel, real authentic wild beach and to many great cenotes. From the day I arrived the care, the kindness, the help and attention that was provided from Maria and Alexandro were outstanding. I travel a lot and I’ve been in Mexico exhausted and tired, so being here for 2 months was a big blissful transformation and it saved my life, literally !It is sometimes difficult and painful finding, arranging lodging anywhere... like in Latin America. The “Casa de Maria 11.11” was better than anticipated, the quality of the construction, modern architecture and beautiful furnishings was an exceptional improvement over many of the other places I ever traveled. Anything needed is there and it’s beautiful, nice and sweet. The local management and staff, Alejandro and Jordy, along with their willingness to do Anything to help, and to go beyond with all the details is a real unbelievable surprise and is so appreciated. Alejandro personally made sure I got everything well, He fixed the AC for me, even if it was super complicated, He was following and meeting me in Playa Del Carmen, many times to help with translations, food shopping, buying a cell phone, and to make certain that the service provided was perfect. Alejandro kindly kept a piano for my friend... which she got back 5 months later !... I had and invited him for lunch a few times... We had several packages delivered here during my time and one or two were misplaced by the courier temporarily, Alejandro personally called to help track down the packages and make certain that they were delivered and Jordy brought them directly to my flat once they arrived on site. The Wi-Fi in Mexico is not known for its reliability or high-quality and so I had a few normal challenges with the local service provider and Alejandro made unbelievable efforts to provide an internet box which was reliable. so that I could work and complete internet work done in time. I don’t often write long reviews, so those lines say it all ! I do highly recommend la Casa de Maria 11.11. Infinite Gratitude to the wonderful Maria, to the extraordinary Alejandro and to Jordy.

Wow, where to begin, everything was actually spectacular. From the day we arrived the care and attention that was provided us was exceptional. We travel often and we’ve been in Mexico with my family for six months now, so being here for five weeks is a big commitment and it’s always a bit of a crapshoot arranging lodging anywhere but especially in Latin America. The place was better than anticipated, the quality of the construction, modern architecture and ample furnishings was an exceptional improvement over many of the other places we have traveled through. Thoughtful and decorative accents are tastefully installed throughout. The response time from the local management and staff, Alejandro and Jordy, along with their willingness to go above and beyond with the details was a real pleasant surprise and so appreciated. Alejandro personally made sure I got the right mechanic and tire technician for my vehicle, either following me to or meeting me in Playa Del Carmen both times to help with translations and to make certain that the service provided was acceptable. We were missing some admittedly non-essential accessories in the kitchen such as cookie sheets and he drove to get some and bring them to us on Christmas day. We of course invited him to stay for dinner and a glass of wine. We had several packages delivered here during our time and one or two were misplaced by the courier temporarily, Alejandro personally called to help track down the packages and make certain that they were delivered and Jordy brought them directly to our flat once they arrived on site. The Wi-Fi in Mexico is not known for its reliability or high-quality and so we had some of the normal challenges with the local service provider and Alejandro bent over backwards to provide options that were adequate so that we could work and complete school assignments during our time. Es un lugar mágico para desconectarte de la vida de la ciudad y conectar con la naturaleza, muy tranquilo y tiene una energía muy positiva, todos son súper atentos y la casa es extraordinaria y muy bonita con buen wifi

Lugar agradable y tranquilo para descansar.

Excelente lugar para vivir una experiencia inolvidable en medio de la selva. Los Cenotes y la playa están muy cerca

This place is a paradise. Surrounded by the jungle but 3 min to the nearest Cenote, 5 min to a small grocery store and only 20 min to the town.The fully equipped and super comfortable penthouse is the masterpiece of the place (full privacy) but others apartments are also very great.Alex, Maria and Jordy are making the stays even more amazing by being so kind, so helpful and so dedicated to give the best guest experience as possible.I recommend 1000%.

Estuvimos un mes alojados en La Casa de Maria y fue una estancia muy agradable. Los departamentos tienen todo lo que uno necesita y el entorno es muy bonito y tranquilo. Jordi un chico encantador dispuesto siempre a ayudar. Muy recomendable.

Peaceful. Quiet. Relaxing. Away from the hustle & bustle of Tulum. But close enough to use the grocery farmacia etc. Chemuyil has some hidden treasures. Take time to discover them. We used the bicycles available & explored cenotes all around. Excellent for walking our dogs. Pool was fabulous & secluded. Utilized kitchen to cook our own meals. No TV so we watched on our computer. Could of been more hot water.
