Same bad business practice, years ago we came here and we didn’t even make it past the initial meeting. Why? They demand to run your credit score ? For what, we just want to see if your homes even have a suitable design for us. No dealer practiced this when we bought our first mobile home. ONLY THIS PLACE. ( don’t even argue we went all over Texas ) You know you lower peoples score doing so, for something that they might not even like. You don’t even give people the chance. So glad I called this time his responds what offensive. Due to COVID you need to set an appointment, I get that. Yet he went on to saying you first need to fill out the application to see if I can even show you a house. What a joke ! My credit is perfect but he’ll never know that. You lost a great potential customer. How can you convince me to buy a home without showing me a home first lmbo. This would have been our second mobile home that we would have paid in cash. But hey like he said “ I wouldn’t like to waste your time”. You’re right, sure glad I didn’t :D the phone call was waste enough ! We’ll take our business else where.
