When my father passed away I needed a someone who could cater a reception in my home after the funeral. I met with Nicole once and everything was taken care of. There was no need to touch base multiple times, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She helped me make decisions during a stressful time and removed any worries about the event. When we arrived home after the funeral everything was set up and ready. All the details were attended to without oversight by me. The food could not have tasted better or presented in a more pleasing manner. One guest noted that every piece of chicken in the lemon chicken pasta was moist and tender, wondering how that could have been achieved with such a large quantity. I would highly recommend Four Sisters Catering without hesitation to anyone who needs quality food and service from professionals.

I live in NJ and wanted to plan a party for my grandson's college graduation in San Antonio. I emailed the company and got a prompt reply. Nicole was charming, attentive and helpful. We adjusted the menu to fit my budget and came up with an elegant menu. Her staff was terrific and made all of the guests welcome. I simply can't say enough as the party was a huge success.

Tiffini and Nicole (+ the rest of their team) were so great to work with. We had a group of 100 people from all over the US in San Antonio for meetings and Four Sisters gave us some great meals. They were a joy to work with, kept our group well fed, and we would absolutely cater with them again if we are back in San Antonio. 100% recommend them for your catering needs!

Nicole was responsive right from our initial contact form, helped form our menu and was even able to help us last minute when another vendor fell through. Months ago, I flew to Texas and met with Tiffiani Yamin of Four Sisters Catering among others to consider for my son’s welcome dinner/rehearsal dinner and I am so glad I did! I immediately felt that Tiffiani was excited to create a meal and a setting that would reflect my wishes. She was so easy to work with and when one is doing this long distance, that is vital!! Yes things always go wrong which from what I hear about weddings, this is always the case. I ordered wine, which to be clear was my responsibility, not Tiffani's, and it was sent to the wrong venue. (They delivered the wine but it was very last minute and a bit anxiety producing) The linens were for round tables not rectangular ones but Four Sisters problem solved and moved on making the event spectacular. The only reason I even mention that things can and often do go wrong, is that is exactly when you need to have caterers that fix things seamlessly helping you enjoy the event knowing you are in good hands. The food was awesome!. We went with an Italian theme and for mains had both vegetarian and meat lasagna and this was no Stouffers to be sure! The antipasto appetizers included an artichoke dish that was out of this world. The cannoli and tiramisu were a perfect ending. But that is not all. Tiffiani and the crew at Four Sisters also put together lovely centerpieces that set the stage for a great event. I want to highly recommend Four Sisters to host whatever event you are planning…you will be well taken care of by them for sure!

Thank you to Four Sisters Catering for providing magnificent and delicious food. We had a Celebration of Life event for the loss of a great friend and your food made the event even more special. Everyone raved about the green enchiladas, bean casserole, rice, and salad. People even took some home! Not to mention, Nicole and the lady who delivered the food were very professional. We worked with Four Sisters to cater our parents 80th Birthday celebration at an upscale event space in Downtown San Antonio for 150 people. Four Sisters went above and beyond! They don't simply provide delectable food. They create a decadent display of gourmet food. The dishes look like art themselves. Our guests and photographer were taking photos of the display. Not only was the display incredible, the food was incredible. Fresh ingredients, delectable flavors! We absolutely loved working with Michele, Nicole, and Tiffany, and the entire staff. We reached out to Four Sisters Catering for help with a celebration of life. Considering it was very last minute, Nicole was exceptionally responsive and open to help us get exactly what we wanted. She was very easy to work with and the day of our event was seamless. When we entered the reception room, the food was beautifully presented and ready. All was absolutely delicious!
