SB realty is not my realtor. He had a property my realtor and I looked at. It wasn't suitable at the price listed. But Fabian with SB was very pleasant even though renters at site were not.

After watching House Hunters Mexico Life for many years and wanting to buy, I got a call from a friend that was looking for property in around Puerto Vallarta and she said she'd found a great deal at Azulejos Rivera Living in Nuevo Vallarta, new construction, new gated community and I should consider buying as she was going to put in an offer on a property, she thought it would be a good investment.
