LONG WAIT & NO HELP, Told me to wait 2-3 days for a recovery of my formated SD card. (2-4 hour process) after returning 3 days later they wanted me to wait another 7 days. I returned after the 7 days and they were unable to recover the data saying the SD card was damaged" I take great care of my gear. I also saw the files recoverable in a free format recovery program but wanted expert assistance to have it done properly. This company for my issue was a waste of time. Only lucky I didn't pay"
