Vainilla Pimienta Restaurant
I was there twice in the past couple weeks cause I read reviews and thought it would be a nice treat to go somewhere nice.The service, although friendly, is very slow. The have one waitress and one guy that helps serve. And the food. Although the menu looks nice enough, both times our food was over cooked and very salty.The salad was good but the meal was not and for Mexico this place is expensive.Check it out for yourself if you want, but that was my experience both times I went there.

Loved it. Amazing service, great atmosphere, authentic local cuisine with a twist.Nothing matches the experience in town. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation.

Vainilla Pimienta Restaurant
We had a memorable evening. The food is outstanding and the service is very professional. The owners/chef gave us personalized attention and offered detailed explanations of menu items. Our group of 7 were impressed by the quality and creativity of each dish. I had the vegetarian option, which was very flavorful, and prepared with artistry. The apple crumble dessert is the best I’ve ever had. We look forward to returning to this gem soon.

Excellent and good variety of very flavourful food! Great service and fantastic atmosphere! Our server was such a vibrant young lady and attentive to all the little details that make a fine dining experience just that! Highly recommend this gem in Melaque!

Vainilla Pimienta Restaurant
With limited staff (illness took out staff) and an almost full house Chef Gaby turned out stellar meals last evening. Her staff worked hard to see that every table was attended to with a smile and an eagerness to make each diner’s needs were met. Can’t say enough about this gem of a restaurant in the Melaque & Barra area. It might be slow service at times but that only means Gaby is preparing food that’s sure to be gastronomical delight.

El salmón al curry con leche de coco delicioso y la ensalada caprichosa verdaderamente una delicia , buenas porciones y el personal muy amable y atento. Los postres puedes compartirlos .Definitivamente regresaremos

Vainilla Pimienta Restaurant
Such a great restaurant! Went for New Year's Eve with my wife, and enjoyed a 4 course meal. The carrot ginger soup was very good, and the creamy seafood rice was perfectly cooked. Staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. The regular menu had a ton of nice options at great prices. Will definitely visit again next time we're in Melaque.

Our party ordered 6 different menu items. They were all prepared perfectly and presented elegantly. The host, chef and wait staff contributed as needed to make it an all around 5 star experience.
