TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Promised a wheelchair and did not deliver. This company prioritizes spending on google ads so One Stop Mobility is the first hit when you search for wheelchair rental at San Diego attractions. They do not prioritize 1) Ensuring that they have inventory available before they take your credit card number. 2) Ethical customer service representatives who only promise what they can deliver.

I give One Stop Mobility 5 Stars! I live out of State and new I needed a mobility scooter to get around on my vacation. I called them and booked a mobility scooter and they delivered it to my Hotel. What service! It was all ready for me to see beautiful San Diego and Coronado Island! I plan on going back and I would definately rent from One Stop Mobiliy again!
