Rooms very nice and very clean! Loved the beds, kitchen area, and front and back door. Bathroom area a little small but functionable. Wecwould definitely stay again!

Only wish they would let you control the thermostat, it tended to get warm in there in the evening. And coffee availability was not available this trip, sad. But other than that, it's the 2nd time I stayed on base and at the Inn, and they are very nice. And the rooms are cozy.

To start off, we didn’t know the actual hotel was being renovated. When we called for a reservation no one told us. Upon trying to check in at the front desk of the actual hotel we were told to go to another building. The building we then checked into appeared to be nice enough. We got to our room and were less than impressed. Looked to be old barracks rooms. I did some digging online and found that it was the BEQ, which is fine but we were never informed we wouldn’t have a room where we thought we were booking a night for. There’s no outlets in the bathroom, and no mirrors anywhere else in the room so if you’re a female I’m not too sure how you’re supposed to get ready. The mold growing in the shower reminded me of home (if you live in base housing you know what I’m talking about) I wanted to take a bath to relax after a day of PCS driving and there wasn’t a stopper in the tub, so that wasn’t going to happen. I really don’t see how you could comfortably spend anymore than a night here, and I feel for the people stuck at that hotel waiting for base housing. The only positive was the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. For $90 a night though, I would have rather paid $10 more for a real room out in town.

Very clean and well kept rooms. Friendly staff is available 24/7. Highly recommend the stay. Rates per rooms vary with size obviously, but are very affordable. They offer single rooms to fully equipped kitchen packages. All base aminties are a short drive away from this place, some are within a walk.

The room I stayed in was terribly dated and the bed was uncomfortable. The sink and tub both had rust stains. There was an unpleasant smell in the room upon my late evening arrival and without the lack of windows, I wasn't able to air it out. The only fresh air source was the sliding glass door, which I wasn't comfortable leaving open. The breakfast was served in a building about a block away.During my visit to Yuma last year the Inn was closed (I was told for renovations). I am not sure what was renovated, because the room was terribly dated and quite honestly a bit gross. I was very disappointed and would much rather pay to stay in town for less than what the Inn charges.

Stayed here overnight with my Mom recently, even though the rooms may have been a bit out-dated.. they were very clean, everything was in working condition, they were nice and cool! Air conditioning was working just fine! The complimentary breakfast was very good; waffles, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, various muffins, cereals, etc. Coffee was excellent! We had walked around the base to the PX and Commissary, encountering different service people along the way. The politeness is what struck me! I had forgotten how polite they are on base! And servicemen would stop and ask, 'do you need a ride somewhere?' SO polite..

Extremely upset with the room accommodations as my husband, myself, and service dog are staying here until base housing assigns us a house. I requested to have a suite with a kitchen since we were traveling with a bunch of food items. I confirmed everything with the front desk lady the night before we traveled and it was a huge disappointment upon arrival. The room is a small motel sized room, there's a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The weather out here in Yuma was a whopping 103 and the receptionist told us that all the rooms are set to one temperature (70) so we're unable to personally control the speed and temp on the AC. The ceiling fan is no help since its dry heat outside and gets through the door in addition to these little crickets and bugs. I had to toss a bunch of food items that were unable to fit and my room is absolutely nothing like how I was told. Front desk stated that its only the standard room or vip rooms for higher ranking service members. Not to mention she stated that I cannot get the suite w/ the kitchen because of my service animal and those rooms are not pet friendly. Legally, service animals are not considered pets". Now I'm stuck borrowing a fan from a nice spouse who lives on base because our room is extremely hot. I'm really upset and wish I would've kept my booking at my off base hotel. I'm ready to cancel and go to the off base hotel because this is completely unacceptable."

We were pcsing and this was our first stop. The room was so nice and big! Plenty of space for our 2 kids to move and play around. There was a ton of grassy area for us to walk our dogs.

The staff was friendly and parking was convenient. It's a great location near the food court, exchange, park, and commissary. It looked as though they may have had good breakfast items but we got there at 915 and the breakfast sandwiches were gone, and milk was empty (Early birds caught the worm). The room we stayed in wasn't worth $93 dollars a night, I'd rate it as $45 a night room. Out dated room, shower had mold, shower water turns cold quickly (I think it supposed to allow 10 minutes of hot water before turning cold but was shorter especially when washing hair). couldn't adjust temperature in our room so it was a bit chilly for a winter's night. I had also inquired about the distance between the Inn and the I-10 heading East towards Phoenix. My husband and I were told it was a 10 minute drive... It's about 160 miles away from the I-10 East. That information really set our road trip back 2 hours.

They didn’t change the bed sheets. The sheets reaked of what smelt like dead fish. There was hair in the bed and nast all over. 90$ isn’t bad for what you get until you discover all of that and start to wonder if this place is even sanitary enough to sleep in with your family. Disgusting
