My experience with Dr.Guillermo Ramos Gallardo and his staff was amazing he is a very caring person, his first priority is his patients I had an underlying condition and he made sure that I knew and understood everything that he was going to doI had a facelift and neck lift by Dr RamosHe made sure that I stood in the hospital overnight after the surgery and next morning here was right there to release me to my friends apartment every week for the next 4 weeks Dr Ramos saw me to check on my progress until I came back home to the states. About a month ago I underwent liposuction surgery by Dr Guillermo Ramos. The whole procedure, from check-in at the hospital, to time in OR, to discharge the next day, was smooth and uncomplicated. Dr Guillermo did an amazing job and I am delighted with the results. He is not only a gifted surgeon, but also a very lovely and caring person. Dr. Guillermo Ramos is very friendly, kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He listened patiently and closely to our wishes and needs. He took his time to explain options and procedures. We felt completely comfortable when we made the decision to proceed. We knew we were in a good place. The surgical center and staff deserve so much recognition as well, and thanks for all that they did. His staff is always welcoming, warm and are very helpful, kind and encouraging. The after care was exceptional.
