Tom managed our condo for about a year before we sold it. Very professional, very experienced, knowledgeable and a fantastic host to our guests. Our guests raved about the service they received. I wouldn’t entrust management to anyone else but Tom.

Tom is the most disrespectful agent and company in La Paz. They will treat you like you live in a detention center. They rent homes where you can be evicted for having a reunion with your family or for having friends over. They also over charge based on criteria for the area, so you're better off using a different company before you become a victim on Tom and his company.
