Cathy's Critter Care

They did a great job caring for our pets while we were out of town. We have several pets, and it’s a lot of work. But they did a great job. All the animals were happy and the house was tidy when we got back. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else who needs their pets cared for.

I've used several before who didn't show up and my dogs suffered for it.Even never having done a meet and greet with the new sitter they showed up attended to my pets promptly and I really appreciate it. I had no service on my phone for most of my weekends trip and was worried something would happen to my dogs and I wouldn't be available. Turns out I had nothing to worry over.This makes me feel so much better for a cruise we have planned later this year where I will have no service for 7 days, I know my dogs will be well cared for.

We have used Cathy’s Critter Care many times for several years. The service is excellent! The pet caregivers that visit our home to feed and spend time with our two cats are wonderful. We have used Cathy’s Critter Care for the last several years. The team does a great job looking after our 6 indoor cats and 2 outdoor cats while we are away! A sitter will feed, clean out litter pans, and play/entertain our cat army, always providing regular text updates and pictures. We love Cathy’s service and her team! ❤️

Fallon and Laci were terrific! We have 2 cats, the younger of which is quite suspicious of newcomers. Fallon took her time and won over our timid little girl. We were thrilled with the daily updates and photos! I highly recommend Cathy's Critter Care and will definitely use them again.

The service provided by the Cathy's Critter Care team was top notch and beyond what I could have expected for my crew. They jumped in enthusiastically to provide the best possible experience for my pets and shared wonderful photos of them with me every step of the way. I was able to rest assured that while I was out of town Cathy's team was providing even more attention and better care to my pets then I do when home. :)

We recently moved into the area and did not have family or friends to care for our 2 large German Shepherds while traveling during the holidays. We’ve never felt comfortable boarding them and one dog had recently underdone major surgery and takes medication. Needless to say we were extremely nervous leaving them for 5 days. After contacting multiple pet sitters we came across Cathy’s Critter Care. What a blessing! Cathy has several trained pet sitters depending on your area. Michelle works in our location and set up a meet and greet. I felt immediately relieved and sensed they were going to be in great hands. I outlined detailed instructions on feeding/water/medication schedules and she followed it perfectly! She even sent updates/pictures every visit. The weather was extreme so she offered to come an extra visit ensuring they were safe and comfortable. She really went above and beyond and far exceeded expectations. We are SO thankful to Michelle and Cathy for allowing us to travel with peace of mind knowing our dogs are being well taken care of. 10/10 recommend!

I wanted to send the owners / managers of Cathy's Critter Service a huge THANK YOU for recommending Michelle as my dog sitter for this past weekend, she was so sweet, patient, caring with my three dogs. I've never used a pet sitter before and was a little nervous as to how my dogs would react and also worried about letting someone in my home that I didn't know and Michelle, meet with me, & found her to be so nice and really easy to talk with. We discussed the dog's routine, and my concerns etc. For anyone reading this, my three dogs are medium size, mixed breed and not very social, in fact really can't stand anyone except for my family, however Michelle sang to them, worked with calming their nerves, petting them, of course giving them treats to win them over - THANK YOU MICHELLE YOU ARE TRULY A GIFT AND CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR HOW KIND AND SWEET YOU WERE TO MY FUR BABIES. ****I read each text she sent me to my family and they were all so impressed and surprised how the dogs were behaving. My family that lives out of San Antonio are also pet owners and want me to see if you have recommendations or sitters in other cities or if Michelle will travel*****.****During our initial visit we discussed our love of plants, and upon receiving my visit update pictures and text of the dogs Michell mention she watered my plants for me......HOW INCREDIBLE NICE - I DIDN'T ASK FOR THIS EXTRA SERVICE, HOWEVER IT'S THESE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE! I went out of town for a week and Cathys Critter cared for my two cats. They were so amazing, I received 2 updates a day and lots of pics. I will always use them and would give them 10 stars!!!!
