I just want to say Bertha's Flowers went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! I went last minute to buy flowers for a friend of mine's mom that passed away. I told her I wanted something nice and fluffy because I wasn't sure if they would have other flowers. ALSO the viewing was the next day on a limited time frame. The owner went and delivered them herself and when I went in to see the flower arrangement it was so BEAUTIFUL! I cried so much! Thank you Bertha's flower for going above and beyond! I will always recommend people to you. You have a customer for life!

Ordered online and ahead of time. The day I went to pick up the shop was closed but they had a number to reach and they came within 10 mins. Flowers we’re beautiful and she was so sweet on the phone.

DO NOT USE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Ordered flowers for a friend mothers funeral. pictures online are nothing like what they sent. Paid over $200 for a big flower arrangement that looked like it was worth half the price. Coming form a huge company made us look really bad. Do not recommend go elsewhere.

My family from Colorado sent me flowers for my birthday. I was in the hospital with my husband, we were about to be released in an hour. So I told the delivery man to leave them on the front porch. They called my son and he said ok also. When I got home my flowers were missing. I called to make sure it was the right address they delivered to. It was. They gave me a replacement of roses. She was the best. Thank you so much what you do for your customers.
