Im an expat that owns a small business in Mazatlan. Having managed many business in my life i have learned a lesson that appears as simple/a no brainier but many fail in because of convenience or laziness. Well thank god i learned it early on because it has saved me thousands of dollars. Comparing companies, distributors of office furniture was a little difficult for me since it was my first time, learning as i went. I had gone to a few office furniture in the area and everything seemed as though it was much more expensive here than back in the states. I wanted to buy a decent amount of office furniture but i needed them in a specific color and size to fit my oddly shaped space. Everywhere all i found was the same colors, same chairs for the same expensive price. I did not understand how buying in bulk the price would not drop. But perhaps the most upsetting part was the cookie cutter furniture they all had. Well i guess god/universe heard my frustration and got me in contact with this small mom and pop, hole in the wall wholesaler. I could not have been happier. I literally saved 1600 dollars or a little over 30k pesos. Not only did i save but they came an installed it all over night. Being a little OCD (what business owner isnt? right?) was that they got the exact color i wanted, completely custom for the same price, no fuss. Well all this happened right before this whole c19 and the reason why im just posting this review is because a costumers young one damaged one of the desk and chair. I called them back to see if i could get a new order to replace them. The gentleman came out, fixed the desk, took the chair replaced the mechanism and brought it back the next day. Everything was good as new and at a fraction of the cost. I was so incredibly amazed i tipped the poor kid and said you have gone well above and beyond to take care of me that the least i could do is tell my story to anyone interested, or on the fence about where to buy. Hands down this was one of the better experiences i have had dealing with contractors and different companies in the city. You will be recommended to everyone i know or hear needs furniture.
