Christina, at Bay Properties in Puerto Vallarta Zona Romantica, is wonderful to work with. She has made our stay enjoyable, so much in fact, that we will return. She responds quickly to questions and cares about her guests. The security people in the building are just as professional and kind.

Friendly, attentive staff, very secure, property very clean. Kudos to Mireya Meza, always checking with us how our stay was and if we needed anything. We forgot a cord in the back of the TV, went back two days later and she went to the room and found our item.We are very appreciative of this. Security staff are very friendly and engage in conversation. Martin is excellent serving Food & beverages at the pool side, fabulous chicken wings.Is there direct link to use for future bookings?

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at Nayri Ocean in Bucerias. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. All of the staff were helpful and friendly (especially Martine at the pool bar) and the location right on the beach was awesome.I would highly recommend Bay Property and the Nayri Ocean and look forward to returning soon!

Pase unas grandes vacaciones por que disfrute muchísimo del lugar, fueron muy amables y atentos, las instalaciones super cuidadas, comodas y con muy buen diseño, un bello rooftop con maravillosas vistas pero en especial una gran atención y amabilidad de Cristina Gamboa, fue una gran experiencia!!

We just recently had a wonderful 13 day stay. The reception upon arrival and preparation prior to arriving by WhatsApp by Ms. Mireya who arranged our transfer from the PVR airport was equivalent to a 5 Star hotel. Our apartment was perfect and we found everything from the apartment as well as the whole property to look far better than expected and we were able to imagine from the photos available on the website. Big compliment to our bartender Martin plus all members of the staff like Lulu who always attended to our every need. Sorry I can’t list all names of the property staff members who deserve being mentioned.Thanks to excellent support from Mireya throughout our stay we had restaurants and taxis booked as requested. And most important she arranged our next booking for a 16 day stay next year almost same time. So many thanks to all of you. We booked for 2022 because we loved our trip so much.Be safe and see you next time.

We stayed at the Nayri Ocean building in Bucerias very recently and had a fantastic and relaxing time. The building staff and concierge were all very friendly and attentive. The location was very convenient in Bucerias and the building is very nice and secure.
