Triple L Well & Pump Services

I was told by another company that my well pump was sitting in mud and that I would need a completely new well dug and set up. This would have cost me $15,000 or more.I called Triple L Pump Company and they were out to inspect my well the next day. This family owned business is amazing! They were professional, understanding to my situation and HONEST!!! They arrived the next day.It took them very little time to pull the pump from the well and see that my well had plenty of water and it was just the pump and tank that needed to be replaced. They returned the next morning with all the new parts and had my pump running in no time.I am so grateful that I found such a great company with good values and a wonderful family. After multiple attempts to call other companies to get a solar well pump replaced, with most never even returning a simple call, we found Triple L. Not only did they answer, but they said they could be out to Hereford within 30 minutes!! We had absolutely exceptional service from Joe. He was thorough and walked me through everything he was doing. I couldn't have been more impressed with his knowledge, skillset and customer service. I highly recommend them!!

These guys are very professional and fast. A couple years ago, the owner and his son replaced our pump. Today Joe came and repaired a cracked pipe that was causing a bad leak at the top of the well, just below the well head. I highly recommend this company, friendly and quick service.

This company is awesome. Rarely do you come across a business that is always looking for ways to save you money on their service. These guys arrived on time the next morning, and throughout the service call, they offered options for saving us money. We only recently moved to the area. But we’ve found our go-to well company. Shane & Joe were great.! New to the area, Joe came out & re-installed a new pump for us at our request.Turned out after they left, we found out our pressure tank's bladder was also ruptured & needed to be replaced (under warranty), and the company who sold it to us was located in E Phoenix.Spoke w Shane, and although no longer an authorized dealer for the manufacturer's brand pressure tank we had, Shane's time he spent with me & customer service he gave when he had NO financial incentive to help me, was OUTSTANDING & most appreciated.Shane took the time & provided me with company names, phone numbers & names of who I needed to contact to get my pressure tank replaced under it's warranty & now we have a brand new pressure tank, thanks to Shane & Triple L.Thank you, Shane & Joe.!

We were able to find an exact match to the well pump control box that we had, which quit working. It was reasonably priced, too! We installed the control box, and we got our well working again. I was so happy to finally take a shower soon after! I definitely and strongly recommend using them for any well and pump issues.

Highly recommend these folks for any of your well service or well parts needs. Very reasonable for price. I had a rather important part go out on my well system leaving us without water for a day which I'm sure you would all agree is miserable.. the part, a Franklin (2HP 230v 60Hz 13.2a 1 phase well pump control box) which happens to be rather uncommon in terms of availability, they had and at a great price. I paid less in person with these folks for the part than the online price before shipping. The owner was a wealth of knowledge in terms of preventative maintenance concerns. Can't recommend these folks enough.
