My recent stay at Condos Clauss was marred by an unpleasant encounter that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I had hoped for a peaceful and enjoyable family gathering at the pool, but unfortunately, we were subjected to unnecessary hassle and discrimination from a certain individual residing in the building.To begin with, the admission staff at Condos Clauss had given us permission to host a family gathering at the pool. We were excited to spend quality time together and take advantage of the amenities offered by the condominium. However, our plans were abruptly disrupted when an elderly resident on the second floor began complaining to the administration of Condos Clauss.It quickly became evident that this complaint was solely based on the fact that our family gathering consisted of individuals from different racial backgrounds. The apparent racism exhibited by this lady is not only deeply concerning but also completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a supposedly inclusive and welcoming environment such as Condos Clauss.What made matters worse was the response from the administration of Condos Clauss. Instead of addressing the issue impartially and ensuring that all residents feel safe and respected, the administration seemed to side with the complaining resident. This lack of accountability and failure to address discrimination only served to exacerbate the distressing experience we had endured.As a customer, I expected Condos Clauss to maintain a high standard of hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. However, my experience was tarnished by the presence of a resident with prejudiced views and the lack of appropriate action taken by the management.I strongly discourage anyone seeking a peaceful and inclusive environment from considering Condos Clauss for their stay. The failure to address discrimination and the disregard for the comfort and well-being of their guests are clear indicators of a deeply flawed establishment.
